LocoNet
What is LocoNet?
LocoNet is Digitrax's proprietary data network for model railroads.
LocoNet interconnects all parts of a Digitrax DCC system, such as the Command Station, Power Boosters, Radio and I/R Receivers, Throttles, Universal Panels, Fixed Decoders and Detectors. It does not connect to Mobile Decoders, which are "connected" via the track.
LocoNet also connects your railroad together for rapid information and data transfer between Digitrax devices and other devices.

Is it possible to use loconet with other Command Stations without a licence? If not, how can I get a licence and under what conditions.
(LocoNet is a patented protocol which contains "trade-secret information" and thus is subject to licensing. If you would like to become a LocoNet licensee, contact them at "sales(at)digitrax(dot)com")
