The Digitrax Tech Support Depot - A Users Guide

The Digitrax Tech Support Depot is a tech tool designed especially for you. The Depot is constantly being updated and improved. Suggestions and comments on the Depot pages made by users are a prime source of this improvement. The Digitrax Tech Support Department is also actively working on identifying issues that need to be added to the Depot. You may find gaps here and there; we are committed to filling in these gaps over time so, please give us feedback when you don't find the answer you are looking for. The process of developing these pages is a combination of converting current and "heritage" Digitrax documentation to articles for the Depot and creating new documentation to further clarify what has been written earlier.

    Suggestions

The strength of this database of information is partly in your hands, since you can help us make it better and help us to address your needs. We are committed to giving you the information that you need, so if you don't find what you are looking for, please let us know by posting a Suggestion for an article.

The Suggestion function of this database does two things. It lets us know what you want to know about and it also gives us an email address so that we can notify you that an article has been created to address the issues raised by your suggestion. A response may take some time while the subject is researched and an article prepared.

    Comments

If you read an article that you feel needs clarification or additional information, please leave a Comment. In many cases, the comment you leave will be posted at the end of the article, and eventually it may be incorporated into the article itself as we re-write articles.

All comments and suggestions become the property of Digitrax, Inc. and they are all subject to editing before being placed on the Depot. No comment or suggestion will appear until the editor has approved it. This lets us keep the spammers from posting a bunch of garbage that no one wants to read on the site. We are proud that Digitrax is a family place and we want to keep it that way.

Thanks for your interest and support,

    The Digitrax Tech Support Crew
